I thought a man like you just couldn't exist,
with qualities you possessed that captured my heart.
With real-felt charms, I couldn't resist,
I think I loved you from the start.
Why God put us so many miles apart
is something I don't quite understand,
but he knew that our hearts would find each other...
and I would know that you were the right man.
For all my life, or so it seems,
I have been searching just for you.
Sometimes I feel as if it's a dream,
For you are just too good to be true.
I try to put into words, just what you mean to me,
but words just don't seem to show,
the emotions I feel or want you to see...
or simply, just want you to know.
Now can you see how deep my love goes
for you and always you?
I don't know how, but it still grows
with each second that is new.
The one I love could only be you,
for you're the one that God sent.
To love me back the way you do,
is surely what God had meant.
Our future will be full of hopes and laughter
and we'll share it all together,
under the clear blue skies for ever after,
